Balsamico white vinegar is made from concentrated must of selected white semillon grapes of Northern Greece and vinified wine of the same variety.

Rich, pleasantly sweet aromas with light fresh flavour tame the sharpness of the vinegar, to create a perfect balance of freshness, sweetness and acidity. Produced without barrel aging which allows the vinegar to keep its transparent "white" colour. Acidity 6%

Perfect where the tart-sweetness of balsamic vinegar is desired but not the colour such as in mayonnaise, fish, white meat, salads and raw or grilled vegetables. Adds a subtle tart-sweet bite to ralo olive oil dressing that will make your salads as pleasant as a cool, light summer breeze.
