Dark Balsamico vinegar made from selected white grapes of Northern Greece following Italian traditional balsamic vinegar production methods.  Aged 4+ years.

Noticeably balanced tartness, sweetness and acidity, nuanced dense rich character, with hints of red berry jam, ripe fig and plums, and the faintest whisper of espresso. Dense brown colour. Produced using a blend of concentrated grape must and wine vinegar and aged in wood barrels. Acidity 6%.

Beautifully combines with ralo olive oil to create a quick and easy bread-dipping appetizer with "WOW" factor! In a 3:1 ratio oil: vinegar your vinaigrette salad dressing will raise your tomato-based, pasta and other salads to a new level. Add a few drops for rich complexity to caramelized onions. An essential component in marinades for meats, poultry and fish. In a pinch but want flavour? Drizzle directly on chicken, tuna or steak before grilling.
